Up the stairs to the main floor you’ll find the master bedroom with king bed, fourth bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and a second full bath with large walk in shower.

The open room concept features a kitchen with everything you need to cook, dining area and a large, comfortable L shaped couch with big screen TV and plenty of throw blankets.

Two large patio doors off of the living room give you great lake views and lead out to one of the biggest  highlights of the home - the massive open air deck! This covered deck features outdoor dining for 6, two outdoor couches with ottoman, a Weber grill and unobstructed open air views of the lake and surrounding woods.  Stairs off of this second floor sanctuary lead you down to the pathway to the lake. Enjoy the deer that graze the property early mornings or catch the sunset thru the trees in the evening. This second floor, large outdoor space is a rarity on the lake.

The lake is a quick, level walk to the two story brand new luxury party dock, with a short flight of stairs just as you reach the dock.

Though it’s only a one minute walk to the dock, a golf cart in the garage is available for your use to lug belongings to and from the water for a great Lake day! (Our golf cart is currently in the shop for repairs )

The second story of the dock features lounge beds for sunbathing or relaxing. The lower, covered area features an additional dining area for an alfresco meal by the water, stairs leading in and out of the water for easy access after a swim, and plenty of space to cast your line in for fishing.

On site LUXURY SPEED BOAT AND JET SKIS are available to rent for an additional fee if you would like (only available for those that are also renting the property)! Just message me for details. My rates are comparable or better than any outfit you’ll find on the lake.

Local grocery stores and restaurants / bars are within a ten minute drive. And the property is located in the heart of one of the best parts of the lake!
