Indulge in the serenity of this elegant lakefront retreat, where refined comfort meets the beauty of nature. Watch birds glide gracefully across the sky, and unwind in the peaceful stillness of a quiet no-wake zone.

This home offers a spacious and sophisticated setting for your getaway. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease, it features a fully equipped kitchen, living areas, and a private fenced yard.

Step onto your private dock to tie up your boat, cast a line, or simply relax as you take in the calming rhythm of the water. Please note that while the dock is ideal for recreation and relaxation, electricity and water are not currently available. (It takes a 250-foot extension cord to get electricity to your boat if you dock. There is electricity at the house if you park in the driveway.)
We allow 1 pet under 50 pounds to join you when pre-approved at your inquiry.

Ideally located just a few miles from a public boat landing with convenient access to I-95, premier golf courses, and dining options in nearby Santee, Summerton, and Manning.

For your peace of mind, exterior security cameras are discreetly placed at the front and back of the property. To save confusion about our policies, please read our house rules. Thank you!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place the outside trash bin at the road for pickup.
Please make sure the gates are secure. Turn off fans in the house and outside. Set t-state to 78-8 in cooling season and 64-66 in heating season
Do not put comforters or blankets at the washer/dryer. Only collect towels and sheets there.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Water use is restricted. NO car washing, pool filling, or misuse. Only toilet paper should be flushed. NO garbage disposal.
Your pet is NOT allowed on ANY furniture. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if pet hair is found on any furniture items. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Do not park on the grass. There is room for 2 vehicles and a trailer.

Property was as represented. Check in was very easy. Fenced yard was wonderful for our fur baby. Dock was nice/ be sure and bring min of 250 ft extension cord if charging boat batteries while in water. Host Patricia was easy to reach and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

After all the fees and whatnot this place ended up costing us about 340 a night , which I feel was a little high based on how far it is away from anything. It's about 12 miles off the highway, and was pretty buggy.

Patricia was a great host. She was very responsive to questions and concerns we had. Annie's Place is a beautiful house. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed fishing off the private dock. The beds were comfortable and every bedroom had its own TV. We highly recommend this house and we would rent this house again!!

Very comfortable. Wonderful large fenced back yard for pet or kids. Nice to sit at the dovk mornings and evenings. You will need 225 ft of extension cord to reach the dock if you need to change a boat.
