Unit 21, Fun in The Sun, 2 Bedroom Beach Condo

Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort is a tranquil escape located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach, FL. Situated amidst lush greenery the tropical paradise encompasses 18 acres with 350 ft of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. A unique quality of this resort is our private pedestrian beach access. The underpass is a well lit tunnel under scenic Highway 98 which leads to our large gazebo and boardwalk. The complex amenities include: tennis courts, shuffle board courts, 2 pools (one for the little ones) , a playground, a clubhouse which features: free WiFi connectivity, ping-pong table, and coin-operated pool table. Each unit has fully equipped kitchens, private patios, vaulted ceilings, and its very own view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Great time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy coming to stay at Sunnyside, because it is like home, and the people are super friendly like family. The place is always clean and comfortable and well maintained.

We had an awesome experience.. Everything was near perfect. When we arrived, one of the kitchen lights were out, but they came right on to fix it. We enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break

We had a great experience. The property is lovely and well maintained. The management was very responsive when we couldn’t get the lights to work over the table. The only downside to this particular unit for us were the beds. The mattresses were not comfortable to us and we all had sore backs.
