Welcome to The Release Retreat, a fully remodeled 4-bedroom smart home with a private heated pool, spa, and everything you need to unwind in Cape Coral. Designed for comfort with voice-controlled blinds, smart lighting, a cozy electric fireplace, and a Tesla EV charger on-site. Whether you are here for a family vacation, a getaway with friends, or a longer stay to escape the cold, this is your home base.

Step inside and you will notice the difference. Clean modern design with all-tile floors, a 75" smart TV with Polk surround sound, and a reclining sectional built for movie nights. The electric fireplace adds ambiance with adjustable flames, colors, and optional crackling sound effects. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking in, and the dining area seats 6.

The star of the show is out back, a heated pool and spa on a spacious paver deck overlooking the canal. No rear neighbors, just palm trees and water views. The pool area is fenced for safety and professionally maintained weekly. There's a dining set on the covered patio for outdoor meals.

Every bedroom has blackout shades, a smart fan, and premium bedding. The master suite opens directly to the pool and has its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated LED mirror, and marble vanity. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have queen beds and 50" smart TVs. Bedroom 4 has twin beds, great for kids.

Smart home features throughout: voice-controlled fans, automated blinds and drapes in the master bedroom, kitchen, living room, and sliding glass doors. Heated anti-fog mirrors in both bathrooms with adjustable lighting. Keyless entry, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart appliances, including the washer and dryer.

Cape Coral is a driving destination; you will have free driveway parking plus a Tesla EV charger in the garage. Fort Myers Beach is about 35 minutes south. Grocery stores, restaurants, and golf courses are all within 10-15 minutes.

This is a quiet, non-smoking, pet-free home in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours after 11 PM. We provide starter supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap), but longer stays may need to restock. No parties or unauthorized guests.
