This place looks way better than it is in reality. Having said that it's not bad, just depends on what you're looking for. The hot tub is not hot! Do not pick this listing for the hot tub, Many days was not even turned on. The pool is not heated (very cold) and I honestly never saw anyone in it once the entire two weeks I was there. It seems like they've had some staffing turnovers as a result of a lackluster HOA president and a lot of politics... none of the grills were working when I was there either which I had planned to use for cooking. As a result, this is a very basic, minimalist studio that is part of a larger complex that on paper looks way better than it is. I was there for the wind and did not spend much time in the studio apartment or on premises. I paid more than other listings because of the hot tub and the fact that it wasn't turned on most days and never got beyond warmish left me feeling a little bit cheated. The shining light of this entire experience was the property manager for this unit who was amazing and attentive but has nothing to do with the amenities of the building. If you go into this with a mindset of it being a bare bones bed and bathroom your expectations will be met.
