This home is very clean and perfectly appointed for our family of six and our dogs. All the seating areas are great for conversations, games and puzzles. We enjoyed our time here.

We truly appreciate the kind words and hope to welcome you back again!
We visit the Seneca Lake every year at this time to enjoy the fall scenery and the many wineries. The house was perfect for our short weekend. Very clean and comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and popcorn and enjoyed the wine too.
Great location to visit all Seneca Lake has to offer! We really enjoyed our stay despite the brief power outage the community experienced on the night we got into town. Cate was very communicative whenever we reached out/needed anything. Everything we could think of was ready and available at the house, would definitely recommend!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re glad you enjoyed the location and had a great stay despite the unexpected power outage. We really appreciate your kind words and recommendation, and we’d love to welcome you back!
The property was clean, beautiful and the perfect place to stay for our girl's trip. We will definitely be back! The host was sweet, accommodating and checked in to make sure everything was going according to plan. You won't regret staying here at all! Located centrally on the East side of the lake, it was a perfect location in proximity to all things such as restaurants, wineries etc

We enjoyed the house
We arrived to a power outage which was no fault to FLX. FLX was respnosive to all of my emails and the house was nice with a good enough location for our use. It was clean and well stocked with towels and stuff like paper towels and toilet paper - i rent a-lot of houses and this is surprisingly rare. I would rent again.
