It is disappointing to hear that some things were not to your satisfaction. During your stay, I personally reached out to you to ask how everything was. You never responded to me. I did not hear about any of this until after you checked out. That was disappointing. Had you responded to my message, every item you brought up would have been addressed in a matter of minutes. In fact, after you checked out, all of those items were addressed. I had professionals clean the stain, however, I did note that the stain was not there before you checked in and you never said anything about it. We found it after you checked out. The outlets just needed to be reset and there is a switch in the master. There were extra pots and pans, but you never asked me for them. Same with plates and utensils. We try to make every guests stay fantastic, but we cannot help you if you do not respond to our messages. It would have been so much better for you to have mentioned any issues you had while you were there, while we were asking you, while we could do something about it, instead of ignoring our messages and posting online after you checked out.
