It was very clean and the host provided everything but enough trash bags for a 3 night stay family of 5. Hardly any hot water. The hot water controls were marked "Do Not Touch" and were set at 99 degrees. We had to move them up to get hot showers despite the sign. Advertising pictures were not correct as we were expecting to have a space on patio with chairs and umbrella! Only one chair sitting in hot Sun with no umbrella in sight.Home was comfortable and very quiet in the neighborhood.

House was exactly as described. Big and spacious, and clean. Check in process a bit different than other VRBO places we stayed at but still worked fine. Would certainly stay again.

Had ai texts could get a answer on a early check in TV had broken screen walls had dirty hand prints all over futon collapes as soon a someone sat on it .when I reached out had a corporate person answer that barely spoke English. They brought a new TV but place was no where what I paid for fridge not right size for space shady repairs light fixers broken garbage cans outside over flowing like haven't been dumped in a while . Lost reservations waiting on there tech with new tv
