This beautiful ocean front first floor condo has two bedrooms and two baths. It was completely renovated in 2022. Master bedroom has a king size bed and other bedroom has two double. It sleeps 6 people. Easy access to beach and pool which is located right out sliding glass doors. The condo has wood flooring through out the whole condo area, granite counter tops and new appliances. Unit also has free Wi-Fi, cable T.V. . It also has flat screen tv in living room and both bedrooms. The large balcony offers a table and chairs to watch the beautiful sunrise.

The 1st floor location was so convenient the beach and pool with an amazing beach view. The patio was a great size and having a little grass area was nice. Holly was so easy to communicate with during and even before our trip.

The property was well outfitted, clean, easy to access, right on the ocean and the view was beautiful. There was even a grassy area just outside the door where the children could run and play. Clean Condo and Great Location

Holly’s condo was extremely clean and spacious. We loved there was plenty of seating in the living room area and the kitchen had plenty of counter space. The ground floor condo made it extremely easy to access the beach with little ones.
