Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If the BBQ grill is not clean after the check-out, there is an additional cleaning fee of $50.
Green garbage bin is for recycling, Brown is for trash. Put the garbage bins out by the street on Sunday Evening
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
