1. Sheets ~ One (1) set of sheets per bed may be left for laundering. Any additional sets should be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any sheets you launder come out stained, please place them in a small pile on the kitchen table for our cleaning team.

2. Towels ~ One (1) towel per guest may be left for laundering. Any extra towels should be washed, dried, folded, and placed back in the linen closet. If you notice stains after washing, kindly leave those on the kitchen table for our cleaners.

3. Beds & Linens ~ Please leave any used beds unmade. Place all used sheets, linens, and towels near the washer and dryer.

4. Dishes ~ Run the dishwasher the night before departure and return clean dishes to the cabinets. Any pans that didn’t come fully clean should be washed by hand, dried, and put away. Breakfast dishes may be loaded into the dishwasher and the cycle started before leaving. Please avoid returning soiled dishes to the cabinets.

5. Food Items ~ Empty refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinets of any food before departure.

6. Trash ~ Bag all household trash and place it into the curbside bin.

7. Trash Bins ~ Please do not place the outdoor bins at the curb unless contacted directly by Realty by Dale Thomas staff.

8. Furniture & Items ~ Return any moved furniture or items to their original places so the home is left neat and orderly.

9. Lights & Fans ~ Kindly turn off all lights, fans, televisions, and radios.

10. Appliances ~ Ensure the oven and stovetop are off, and unplug small countertop appliances.

11. Doors & Windows ~ Double-check that all doors and windows are locked.

12. Keys & Lockbox ~ Lock the front door and return keys to the lockbox (if applicable). Please also confirm the garage door is fully closed.

13. Garage Remote & Spare Keys ~ Leave the garage remote and spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter.
