10/10! Came into town for a volleyball tournament and the host was quick for communication and accommodations. Property was perfect for the three of us. Very Close to lots of food options & groceries. We are from Michigan and it happened to be very nice here and the outdoor pool at the neighboring building was phenomenal for some last min sun. If we ever make it back to Mankato this will be the FIRST property that I look for. You will not regret it! Thank you so much!

It was great. I would just say to inform guests that the coffeemaker on site is a Keurig and no k-cups are provided. I message the property manager asking if a coffeemaker was there. She said yes that is standard. So we brought coffee grounds only to find a keurig. We would have planned differently. Otherwise everything was great and we would stay again and bring k-cups.
