With 7 bathrooms featuring amenities like a theater, party/kid room with slide, pickle ball court, indoor half-basketball court, steam shower/ sauna, bike pump track; the list goes on... Enjoy the pleasant additional sleeping spaces, the theater room with a king bed sofa conversion and 10 child sleeping pads. Make this your next reunion to make all the important memories. Kim and Andrew have dreamt of living in the countryside of Idaho to raise a family and enjoy the rivers and mountain biking in the area. This dream came a reality spring of 2025. Even before vacation rentals were a thing it was Kim’s dream to run a bed and breakfast and lead people on adventures. Our passion is to explore and find new places to visit and love to share that knowledge with our guests. We spend our summers traveling and living out of our camper so our young boys can develop that sense of adventure. The area has so much to offer including hot springs, Portneuf river, caves, geysers, museums, mountain biking, hiking, etc. We love this area and we hope you do too.
Why they chose this property
The community is amazing to say the least! You’ll notice people wave to each other in passing and really look out for each other. The area is so peaceful and rarely do we hear the train passing through. The country roads and the mountain backdrop with old homestead remains just make me nostalgic. We love all the farming fields, goat and cow pastures surrounding us. It really is just a scene out of an old country movie.
What makes this property unique
We come from large families and wanted a place we could come to to accommodate big groups. Planning a reunion of our family of 40 was near impossible. So we created it!! It has something for us everyone to enjoy, the peace and quiet while the kids are in the playroom, outdoor pickleball, basketball hoop, steam shower to relax. To top it off there’s farm fresh eggs. It’s a country girls dream!!
