Just two hours from NYC, but a universe away. Sitting on a county road, four spacious, light-filled bedrooms on 14 wooded acres with a babbling brook and a private in-ground HEATED pool!!!! Escape with family or friends for a special weekend or a whole week. Hike, barbecue, swim!

20 minutes from Callicoon-on-the-Delaware’s great food! An amazing distillery up the road!!! Our 4 BR 125-year-old farmhouse is immaculate and elegant, yet comfortable for a family or families, with or without kids. AND NOW WE HAVE AC!!!

It’s an old house though so we seek guests who can be gentle with it. We’re near Handsome Hollow, French Woods, Bethel Woods, Callicoon, the spectacular Delaware River and nature's beauty! With EXCELLENT satellite internet, wifi, Hulu, Netflix, cell reception through the wifi -- and DVD movies! Like the 90s! We look forward to seeing you!

We are so sorry but we had to change our policy to NO PETS. We are sad, too.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Please separate trash and recycling. All the recycling can go together. We only recycle cans and bottles up here.
Please use the clear trash bags we’ve supplied. And please leave the trash in the garbage bins.
Place the bins in front of the fence, facing the driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Towels and linens are supplied. Bring soap and shampoo, paper products, toilet paper, paper towels, CLEAR garbage bags to separate recycling and waste
Please put all bags inside the bins provided and leave the bins at the fence, facing the driveway. Thank you
