NOTE: The road up the mountain is unpaved and rocky at times. An AWD vehicle is highly recommended.
Occupant is obligated to abide by all the of the requirements of the Rabun County ordinances, state and federal law, and such a violation of any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from premises, as well as potential liability for payment of fines levied.

We love sharing our home with family and friends and spending quality time together, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Clayton, GA is truly a gem of city. Countless waterfalls and hikes in every direction, and a quaint downtown with amazing restaurants and shops. The kind of place that makes you say "I could totally live here."
What makes this property unique
We wanted that true rustic cabin feel but with modern amenities and touches, and I think we achieved that! The fully renovated basement is just the icing on the cake - a HUGE space for family and friends to gather and play games or cozy up to watch a movie.
The hot tub on the spacious deck with mountain views provides the best relaxation after long days of hiking and adventures.
