Enjoy your own private pool and spillover spa, a covered alfresco dining area with a BBQ grill, and the convenience of staying inside the exclusive Encore Resort at Reunion. As the preferred property management company for Encore, we provide full access to the Encore Resort Water Park.
Whether you're looking for luxury, entertainment, or resort-style amenities just minutes from Disney, this home offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and prime location for your Orlando vacation.
· Community: Encore Resort at Reunion, Kissimmee. Located within a guard-gated resort community near restaurants, shopping centers, and world-class golf courses.
· Approximately 15 minutes from Disney World Resort, 30 minutes to SeaWorld, and 40–45 minutes to Universal Studios and Epic Universe (Travel times may vary due to traffic).
· Location: Marker Ave, Kissimmee, FL 34747.
· Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 2–3 vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Resort regulations strictly prohibit street parking and do not allow commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, or oversized vehicles. Please adhere to community guidelines to avoid fines, towing, or denied entry.
