Safe, private, quiet very comfortable house with new furniture, quartz countertops, access to patio from main bedroom and a 2nd queen size murphy bed in main bedroom for guests. AC/Heat with aeroseal ducts, UV filtration for very clean air. This is a perfect higher-end property where everything works and it has been maintained perfectly.

I split time between Austin and Seattle and I’m often in flight to other places as well. Two toy poodles, two kids in college, and I’m a Tango dancer, so I guess I probably want a maximum of two tenants! I love hosting great people.
Why they chose this property
I lived in Mueller for five years and it felt totally phonetic, though fun. Now I’m three blocks outside in a quiet safe, family neighborhood and feel like I have the best of all worlds. Tree line streets and large lots and virtually no cars parked on the streets.
What makes this property unique
I’ve completely remodeled both sides of the house. There are solar panels with two battery backups, all new electric and plumbing, kitchen, quartz, appliances, etc.
