Twin Oaks Lodge is a treasure! Nestled in the woods, the home is large, cozy, and great for multiple families. We especially loved the secluded bedrooms and open living concept in the living and kitchen area. We highly recommend!

This was a great vacation spot. The house was well appointed and the extra amenities were appreciated and thoughtful. We had 6 adults and 7 children ages 2-12 and there was plenty of room. The house was clean and welcoming. Would definitely try to come back if visiting this area again.

Absolutely perfect. Thoughtful touches and detail throughout the cabin. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and plenty of room to spread out. Great communication from the host before during and after. The kids loved the game room. Nicely situated between Summerville lake and the New River Gorge.

Great stay at Twin Oaks Lodge! The location was perfect for all of the outdoor activities in the area. We had one rainy evening and really enjoyed having the game room, but the backyard was definitely our favorite part of the house. We cooked out every evening and loved sitting around the fire pit.There were nine of us staying at the house and we never felt cramped. The house had plenty of room for everyone, and the amenities and supplies provided lasted us for our entire stay, which was really nice.This is a great place for families or groups who enjoy the outdoors, or anyone just looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. We really enjoyed our time here!

Host was highly communicative and easy to work with. Heath provided a fantastic summary of our trip and nearby activities and adventures. Heath also gave us a generous welcome gift with coffee and a s’mores kit for the fire.The game room is incredible and the backyard is beautiful. The grill worked great and we enjoyed the sauna on multiple occasions. The sauna is new and heats up very quickly! There were a few items in the house that were damaged from prior guests/wear and tear. We communicated these upon identifying them and Heath had his handyman over the same day to fix. Small issues but we wanted to ensure we weren’t held liable for those items.Overall lovely trip, lovely home and great amenities.

The cabin had everything we needed and plenty of extras. We appreciated having extra towels and bedding as well as the beautiful Christmas tree. The fire pit was a favorite as well.

Twin Oaks is an incredible property that is exactly as described in the listing. The owners truly thought of everything you might want or need for time away from home. The kitchen was stocked with ample dishes, pots/pans, appliances, spices. The living area was spacious and lent to a large group being able to spend time together while the house has plenty of spaces to retreat for some alone time. The game room is a blast for both kids and adults. The outside area really makes this home a 10/10 with the playground, fire pit (with complementary wood bundle and s’mores kit!), movie screen, sauna and hot tub. Our kids especially loved the fire fly catching jars. Such a special and unique touch! We will spread the word to friends and will definitely be back!

The host was thoughtful and very accommodating. This was our best rental experience with our extended family. The host allowed us to check in early due to inclement weather, which we really appreciated. The house was fully stocked—they truly thought of everything. The hot tub, sauna, and game room were big hits. We had a perfect fun getaway and the whole family is begging to do it again.
