Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Strip all beds. Wash, dry, and fold all sheets and towels before departure. Place sheets and towels in locations found upon arrival.
Empty fridge of all personal items and take out trash and recyclables. Load and start dishwasher.
Return cart belonging to house to parking area by harbor store and lock up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No running or diving from pool deck.
Tenant must alert landlord of any damages to the premises, interior or exterior, immediately.
No parties allowed. No loud music and no heavy jumping on any of the decks allowed. No more than 20 ppl allowed on any deck.
