Wonderful property for a large family or multi-family vacation! The unit was very clean and very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities and there was plenty of room to gather for meals or game night. The view is breathtaking. The pool was great for adults and children of all ages and the walk to the beach was short and simple. I highly recommend this unit!

Amazing place! It’s gorgeous. The sunrise and sunset from the living room was spectacular. The pool is wonderful for little kids because it starts shallow and only goes to 3 feet. It’s everything you need. The management was great and always there for you

Excellent stay at the condo. View was great, owner was nice and communicative. The walls had some marks on them when we got there and one of the shower doors was stuck when we arrived, but it was a great stay overall and the owner asked if we wanted him to send someone to fix the shower door. Would definitely recommend the owner and location and will do it again in the future if I’m able to.

We had a great stay! The view from the room is incredible. The bedrooms were spacious. All of the furnishings are clean, comfortable and new. We loved the ice maker and used it regularly. The pool was nice and includes a lazy river and water slide.

This property was amazing!!! New condo, super clean, great for families. View was outstanding, right in the middle of everything and the parking is really easy. The pool and lazy river are perfect but most of all the access to the beach is super easy and just a few steps from the elevators.. highly recommend this condo, we will definitely be back!!!

WE absolutely loved the condo and the facilities. Beautiful. I gave everything a 5 star except for cleanliness, which I gave a 4 star. it was clean except for the floors. WE had a 9 month old grandson who was a crawler and his feet and hands were very dirty after crawling on the floor when we got there. Other than that just beautiful. Would stay there again. Really enjoyed it. Might leave at least one extra toilet paper roll in the bathroom cabinets with that many people staying there. We had 14.

We stay in the area quite often and have never felt more at home than during our stay here. Information was clear and readily available for check in. The front desk and other staff were consistently helpful and friendly. The condo was exceptionally clean and prepared for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the dolphins from the large balcony in the mornings. And the lazy river, pools, hot tub, and slide were huge hits for the kids and adults alike. Easy access for parking as well as being right on the beach made it a perfect choice for our family to leave the world behind for a short while. We will be back often.

We were on the 25th floor of the Phoenix Gulf Shores II. The view and location is fantastic. The host/owner is very responsive. It was nice to have a front desk at check in. Would be nice if they had a holding room for luggage for early arrivals. The listing says "Penthouse". When I think of a penthouse, I think of the entire top floor. It was not. Paid way too much since it was not. Management Company failed to check coffee maker (Keurig broke), guest toilet lose (pulling away from the wall), deck was not swept or mopped (dirt, sand, food, roach), kitchen mat is very soiled (needs replaced or to be scrubbed), many knives missing, tupperware containers missing (have lids no bottom or bottom with no lid), needs a deep cleaning (baseboards, laundry area and walls). We did not notify the management company of these matters since all fees were paid upfront-didn't want to have to wait around for people to make repairs or clean. Management company provided very few essential items (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, bath soap, laundry soap, etc) This would've been an additional expense-but the host came thru for us! This is the most I've paid for any VRBO rental (including Hawaii). Wanted something 1st class and all-inclusive. Even parking was not free for 1 vehicle. FYI: There are no spices in the cabinets & no starter coffee or filters provided. Host & location 5 stars.
