Welcome to 40 Ocean Breeze, a tastefully decorated townhome in South Forest Beach, walking distance to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, featuring 3 onsite pools and tennis. Spacious and relaxing, this ocean oriented villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The open living area on the first floor features a kitchen with a bar-height counter and stools, a separate eat-in kitchen, and a laundry area. A large TV entertainment center adds to the convenience, and you can step out onto a private deck with chairs and an electric grill.

Upstairs, you'll find a master with a king-size bed, while the downstairs master also features a king-size bed. The second upstairs bedroom has convertible twin beds to a king-size bed. Cable TV is available in all bedrooms, and each suite has its own full bathroom. Linens and towels are provided.

This townhome is well-behaved dog-friendly, with an additional pet fee (up to 2 pets).

Enjoy three swimming pools (open April-October).

Great Location

We loved our stay during a family reunion/Easter trip. The townhome is centrally located to the beach, shops, restaurants and all that Hilton Head has to offer. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice Townhouse

This property was very nice with a well equipped kitchen and everything we needed. It was a plus that it was dog friendly! The beach was close enough for us. Restaurants, shopping was close by. The property landscape and grounds were well maintained and very pleasing. Great trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Townhouse was really nice. Very nice neighborhood. Location to the beach was a 5 minute bike ride. The kitchen was totally stocked with everything you needed. The house was very clean. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable however the other ones were not. They were very firm! We loved the island and enjoyed biking everywhere!
