The place was very clean and well stocked! I would definitely stay there again. We initially didn’t have the parking permit but the host promptly provided us a new one

Great cozy little place to stay! Our host had a very detailed list of recommendations for our stay, ranging from local restaurants, attractions and family activities. Clean and close to the southern part of downtown Colorado Springs! We walked to a lot of places and the host provides a street parking pass for the neighborhood.
