Great location, can just take the bus over to eagle lodge from the stop right in front of the complex. The host was very understanding and accommodating when needed some additional assistance.

Couple small issues but they instantly communicated and rectified them. Overall love the place and its in a great location. Couch and bed were comfortable. Couch can fit 2 people and pulls out. Would definitley stay again in the future.

It is as pictured. It either was left open or the fireplace has a gap because there were bats in the room. One flying around when i turned out the lights and one dead under the couch. Lower bathroom door didnt latch and the tub didnt drain. There was a few other broken things and the host gave me a number to call to get the issues resolved. I didnt feel it was appropriaye to ask me to do that while on vacation.but this is my 1st verbo. I guess

We provide a 24-hour property manager specifically so that any concerns can be resolved as quickly as possible during a guest’s stay. Unfortunately, although we offered to address the issues you reported, we were not given authorization to enter the property and make the necessary repairs/mitigations while you were there. Our goal is always to ensure our guests have the best possible experience, and we believe many of these concerns could have been resolved promptly had we been able to assist during your stay. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving for future guests.
