Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 11 am. Please clean all dirty dishes and empty all trash from the apartment and place it in the trash room behind the elevator.
Please gather all damp towels and hang them in the bathroom to dry.
Please turn off all lights, fans and air conditioner and place the parking pass back near the refrigerator and be sure the master keys are in the lock box. Thank you

Great communication, well stocked condo, nice location, quiet with ocean sounds, and very clean. I would have packed less if I would have known - The host thought of everything plus more! Neighborhood is nice! We went for morning walks, benches by the ocean/park to sit at after with a rewarding mojito. Walking distance to a park with some great food and drinks (las coarbas). Short drive to some of the best beaches 7 seas and laquillo (kiosks). Easy to navigate and very happy with our stay.

I have been visiting this building since I was seven years old, enjoyed all that the area has to do and my wife and I were married nearby over 25 years ago. We love this special place and hope you do to.

Why they chose this property

This is a wonderful spot to explore all that the north east corner of Puerto Rico has to offer. There is Seven Seas beach about 2 miles away which has a calm beach, great services, snorkeling and hikes to secluded beaches. Las Croabas nearby has some excellent restaurants, water taxis and bioluminescent kayaking at night.

What makes this property unique

Tropical Vibes is outfitted with all you will need for a comfortable stay. The studio has a fully equipped efficiency kitchen, a main room with a dining table, chairs, queen size bed, sleeper sofa, and full bathroom with a vanity, closet, toilet and bath/shower. There is a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Guests have full access to the unit. The unit is equipped with many amenities, including beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, coolers and snorkeling gear to use during your stay.
