Merrymeeting Waterfront - Amazing Views, Dock, Kayaks, SUPs

Welcome to our family friendly waterfront home on Merrymeeting Lake! Enjoy the serenity and natural beauty of this deep pristine spring fed lake, and make memories that last a lifetime. Take in spectacular panoramic views of the lush green foothills across the lake from many of the large windows throughout the house, on the covered deck, or from several of the outdoor vantage points in the back yard, terrace, or dock. Instant relaxation!

The home offers modern amenities and space for up to 8 guests to enjoy. There are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds on the first floor, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed on the basement level. There is a full bathroom on the first floor and a half bath on the basement level.

The kitchen is well equipped for summer meal prep. A Weber propane grill is available as well. There is a dining table in the kitchen area, as well as an outdoor dining table seating six on the covered deck to enjoy meals while taking in the view and enjoying the cool lake breeze.

The walk out basement includes an entertainment area with large screen smart enabled TV and seating for seven, as well as a half bathroom. The basement floor also has a separate bedroom with queen bed and bunk beds.

High end Pottery Barn furnishings fill most of the home. The home is professionally cleaned and laundered.

There is a long modern aluminum deep-water dock with stair access into the water as well as ladder access. We also have a floating swim dock that everyone will enjoy. A lower level terrace with loungers and chairs lies at the water’s edge. Two kayaks and two stand up paddle boards are conveniently located down by the docks and available for guest use.

Bring your boat and dock it! Boats up to 26 feet are welcome.

High speed Wi-Fi internet is available on site. You'll never be more than a few steps away from your favorite lakeside activities!

The home is conveniently located only an hour from the I-95 MA/NH border. It’s located a 20 minutes from Wolfeboro/Lake Winnipesaukee. The wonderful Merrymeeting Marina with ice cream shop is a half mile away and easily walked. A state run boat launch is located a half mile from the property.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced. No loud noises or loud conversations after 10 pm and before 8 am. Do not disturb our neighbors.
No parties allowed. No one aside from those in the booking party are allowed on the property unless specifically allowed by the owner.
Absolutely NO FIREWORKS. NO exceptions.
