Chassahowitzka/Homossassa River Front With Two Kayaks

I completely remodeled the Water Front Property with beautiful furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. Large Master bedroom with a King bed and a Second bedroom with a Queen bed. Fast Wi-Fi, 65' Television in the Living room, and 55' in the Master. Both are hooked up to Cable with Free movies. The phone is connected for local calls. Large lanai room to enjoy a meal, morning coffee, or watch the fish jumping out of the water. The yard has two covered parking spots, plenty of room to store a boat trailer, a boat slip for small boats, a propane BBQ grill, and a waterfront deck for fishing out the back door. Two Fishing Kayaks are available for use AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE OWNER HAS NO LIABILITY IF USED.
We are within walking distance of the Chassahowitzka campgrounds boat ramp, bait shop, and bar/restaurant.
Great location in a country-like setting. The canal leads to Chassahowitzka River, and 7 Sisters Springs is nearby.

Quiet time is at 11:00 pm. No smoking in the house. All Pets must be approved before arriving. No exceptions. Yard service each each week.
If you bring more guests than your reservation, you will be asked to leave, and no refund will be issued. NO PARTIES!
Surveillance or recording devices on the property—They are Turned off at check-in. They are located in the Living Room, Patio, and Carport.

This home was great! I appreciate the attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the grill worked great. It made cooking great. Being able to put out kayaks in the canal in the backyard and paddle to the springs in 20 minutes was amazing. The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows. The living room was comfy too! It was a nicely renovated home. And we loved it!

LOVE this neighborhood! Walk along canals, to the boat landing, to the riverside Bait Shack Bar. Kayak to snorkel in the springs & swim with manatee. Fabulous house with comfy beds, everything you need in the kitchen to cook great meals, great lounge area, & the screened in deck was great for keeping our paddling & biking & snorkeling gear.

Stayed for a few nights for local travel. House was clean (although the scent of cleaning products was VERY heavy), comfortable beds, well-stocked, good water pressure. Ceiling fans in bedrooms made quite a bit of noise so they could not really be used without sleep disruption.

Host was very responsive. The home was amazing! The bedding was some of the best bedding, from the mattresses to the sheets, to the comforters. We had the best nights sleep. The weather did not cooperate with us. It was too cold to go on the kayaks but we found other things to do. Lots of nature trails, and little parks in the surrounding area. The kitchen has everything you will ever need and everything is in great condition. The camera in the living room was just a bit odd, but, other than that, definitely worth the money. I would stay again.

Incredible Home! Wonderful Stay!

This home was an exceptional place to spend time in. The set up was very relaxing, comfortable and functional. Absolutely everything we wanted was here from cooking supplies to bedroom and bathroom needs. The cleanliness was top notch. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. Family Fun on the Water

We chose this home based on the great reviews highlighting its cleanliness, convenient location, and dog-friendly policy—all of which were spot on. Cleanliness is very important to us, and this home did not disappoint. We were in town visiting family and had a wonderful stay. The house looked exactly as advertised—stylish, comfortable, and welcoming. We also enjoyed spending time in the outdoor space. This property has been in my family since 1977. My husband and I live in Arizona. We decided to remold the property to continue enjoying this piece of paradise. My fondest childhood memories were spent here.

Why they chose this property

It is located on a quiet, dead-end street. Canal in the backyard and you can fish right off the deck. It is very peaceful and so much wildlife.

What makes this property unique

The property has everything you need. Wi-Fi, two televisions, cable, home phone and alarm system. The bonus is a large screen porch for relaxing after a long day of fishing.
