NOTE: We are currently re-landscaping the yard. This should not affect your stay as the patio is still open and in full use, and we will not schedule any work to be done while you are with us, however the deep back yard may be inaccessible and/or in various stages of work. We apologize in advance for any disarray in the yard as this project is completed.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
In addition to the standard requests listed above, please:
- leave house in like condition you found it - start load of all dirty dishes - do not put cutlery in the dishwasher - leave linens on bed
- if you do use the patio furniture/firepit, please re-cover before leaving
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not wash knives in the dishwasher, for your safety, the safety of our cleaner and to maintain the life of the cutlery
Please do not eat food in the beds to help avoid attracting bugs for you and other guests.
We ask for guests to take off their shoes by the front door to maintain cleanliness and good hygiene in the property
