The code to the front door was wrong. The beds and pillows were terrible. The thermostat would change from the set temperature to 78 every 4 hours. We would have to get up in the middle of the night to change the temperature multiple times.

You received the new code with In 5 mins. None of these issues were brought to our attention during your stay so we can fix them, only after the fact you left trash behind and blood stains on several rugs and sheets as our maid charges for extra cleaning.
