We were in the area for a birthday party, and there were five of us (one a child) and the place worked very well with enough space for everyone. It was spotlessly clean and very close to the beach and very quiet. I would recommend if you’re going to the area. It is not fancy, but it has everything that you need.

Our entire stay was amazing. They had a fully equipped kitchen with everything from kid cups to dog bowls! Will definitely be back.

Everything about this property was perfection. Carrie was so easy to communicate and answered all our questions before the trip. The house has everything you could need (stocked kitchen with spices, endless kitchen appliances, grill tools, items for a bonfire on the beach, a hair dryer with a diffuser! Curly hair girls know). It was just absolutely lovely. We felt so lucky to find this gem, and hope to be able to come back for many years to come! Thank you Carrie and the whole family for creating a beautiful home away from home.

This property is a hidden gem! It is cozy and super clean. Amazing for dogs and kids. Every detail was there from dog bowls and bags to every kitchen utensils soft towels and linen. We WILL 100% be back! Also a coin toss to the beach making it easy to get to with kids.

Carrie was super responsive and took care of our every request. Her cottage was adorable and very well stocked with kitchen appliances and cooking needs. Bedrooms had extra linens, blankets. Super nice. And dog bowls and blankets! Beach was very natural and not crowded. Carrie provides beach chairs, too. Super close to walk to the beach.

This place had everything we needed to have a stress free beach vacation. The kitchen was perfect for making your own meals. A mixture of spacious and cozy for family vacation. We loved how close the beach and Broadkill store was to our location. As well, an easy drive to Lewes.
