Nestled on the Smoky Mountain side of Douglas Lake’s main channel, directly across from famed Party Cove and just minutes from major marinas by boat, our property offers the perfect blend of fun, convenience, and privacy. By car, you’re 30 minutes to Dollywood, 45 minutes to Gatlinburg, and right at the doorstep of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Your group will enjoy:
Up to 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms
Up to 4 private docks (plus a 5th seasonal dock at our boat launch typically used by the Dogwood Guests when booked individually).
Plenty of boat trailer parking.
Cabins just a short walk apart.
Gated property for added peace of mind.
Even if the calendar shows “booked,” we may still have up to 4 cabins available—so always reach out for the most accurate quote. We will adjust the rates based on your groups needs. You will get confirmations for each cabin you chose through our office and we will document it here as well. There will be a lead person per cabin chosen after you make your booking.
