This fabulous 7 bedrooms and 5 baths for 14 to 16 people, is situated right above famous Anini Beach, with an 8-10 minute walk down the Anini Beach trail just steps away from the townhomes. Short walk to the Princeville playground and restaurants and shops as well! The 7 bedrooms are made up of a 4 bedroom townhome for 8 and a 3 bedroom townhome for 6 just steps apart! The 7th bedroom is a loft that doubles as the 7th sleeping area. Largest complex pool in the area onsite! If you need more than 7 bedrooms or a specific bed setup, feel free to ask us. We can also book them separately.

I dont usually leave negative reviews but this place wae so disappointing that i hope it helps save the next traveler from falling for this deceptive listing. Listing is terribly inaccurate, especially regarding the effectiveness of the AC. Does it have AC? Yes. Does it work well? NO. the property was sweltering, we were dripping sweat while inside. AC units in 3 of the rooms did little to nothing. Cleanliness was poor. Beds were heavily worn,saggy. Old outdated linens. Dusty furnishings, dusty fans. Multiple windows that did not shut completely and shutter-atyle windows with missing glass panes.There was a gnat infestation that made the upstairs bedroom unusable by the third night. AC unit leaking water into the living room.Dishwasher failed to work 2 out of three attempts.Clothes Dryer stopped on error code multiple times.Side note: while you can walk to the beach at anini, it is not a swimming beach. Notified the listing agent and the host and the manager of the AC issues on the first day. Did not get response until the 2nd day. Was told that maintenance would be called. Did not ever get a rwaponse or resolution afterwards. I have been coming to this island for decades and would not recommend this spot to anyone. It is not a resort property in any way. It feels like a crappy apartment and made the 1st leg of our stay this time around extremely unpleasant. DO NOT BELIEVE THE LISTING DESCRIPTION. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR VACATION IN THIS SPOT.
