We had a blast! The people who work there were awesome and friendly. There is so many things to do at the resort. We had a missing a remote to a tv, the ice-maker wasn’t working and a door handle on balcony was loose and within one hour of reporting it they had someone there to fix it. We will definitely be back.

The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and while check in took about 20 minutes, the resort had a good number of staff to keep it moving and get me checked in reasonably quickly.The only “needs improvement” is the walk-in shower where the water valve is malfunctioning and it was impossible to take a cool or warm shower because the water flow was a trickle. When you turn the valve handle to get enough water flow to actually use the shower, the water became too hot. As a result, we couldn’t use this walk-in shower and all guests in suite had to share the other shower.

This review has nothing to do with the property. It’s about the management company. Due to a medical emergency the main person couldn’t check-in. Therefore the payment was forfeited because we were not allowed to postpone trip or have another person check-in.

This rental was a great value for our family. The suite was clean and there was plenty of space. The check-in process was very smooth. The resort had fun amenities. While the pools were crowded, we were able to enjoy the nice miniature golf course. The location was perfect for enjoying colonial Williamsburg and a little outlet shopping.
