Wild Fox Cabins are located on Junior Lake, in Lakeville, Maine on 155 acres, surrounded by pristine wilderness. Whatever your idea of a perfect vacation is, you're sure to find it here. Whether it's fishing (we have the only boat launch on Junior Lake), hunting, snowmobiling, ATV-ing, or just relaxing, we have it. We can also put you in touch with a Maine Guide to help make your vacation complete. Each of our cabins sleep a maximum of 7 people. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed and two loft-style bedrooms upstairs (2 full beds and 1 twin). The kitchens are fully equipped and include an automatic coffee maker and a electric refrigerator. The bathrooms include hot water and a shower.

We received what we came there for which was to relax, peace, and quiet, recharge ,appreciate nature. staff was helpful. Cabin was clean. but it ended up that we’re all happy with the stay there and we received what we were looking for so thank you.

Wild Fox Cabins is truly a hidden gem. Very remote, away from it all. This property had the outdoor , rugged beauty one would expect , with the cabins brand new inside, with all the amenities. The cabins have a definite resort vibe going on , very clean, pleasing, and convenient. Our whole family had a great time exploring the lake, fishing , relaxing , talking and just being together . We took lots of pictures, and caught lots of fish. Many different types of fish too , so cool! We saw bald eagles, a mother loon and baby , and a turtle too . Bevin and Ken were very friendly and helpful, we were left alone to enjoy the resort , but we knew that if anything came up , they were right there for us. They were "on it" with any request or question we had . Impressive customer service. We brought our own boat, but rented a Wild Fox Cabins boat for my older son . The boat was outfitted and perfect , ready to go each day . Would definitely recommend for those that want to unplug per se, and enjoy their family and /or friends in the Maine wilderness. Bring bug spray , the mosquitoes were wicked ! Perfect for those of us that want to enjoy the outdoors, without being forced to "rough it" . #hybrid I predict this resort will become a family favorite of ours and we will visit again. Wonderful time

During this pandemic and with the social distance in place. We were looking for a place to relax and to stay away from people. This cabin was the perfect place, we got to relax and we didn't have to worry about social distance. There are only eight cabins and enough space for everyone to enjoy in their own space. Cabin was clean and customer service was excellent.

This is a family and friend owned business. We have been friends since childhood and it has always been a dream of ours to have our very own camp in Maine. We've spent many years vacationing at different lakes, mountains and coastal get-a-ways. There is something special about Maine and we are so excited to be able to really share our love of this beautiful state with you. When we are on vacation, we like to soak in the outdoors, all year long. Our favorite activities are biking, kayaking, and four-wheeling, skiing and now have a new love of fishing!

Why they chose this property

We found Wild Fox Cabins 7 years ago on our annual four-wheeling trip. We were amazed at how beautiful the cabins are. To get to Wild Fox Cabins, you travel down a few miles of dirt roads, and then you get here, it is truly beautiful. We instantly fell in love and with a lot of luck, we are able to call this place our home away from home.

What makes this property unique

Junior Lake is connected to 7 other lakes in the West Grand Lake Region. Wild Fox Cabins has the only boat launch on Junior Lake, which is a BIG bonus for our guests. We also have the ability to put you in contact with Maine Guides that know this area well. If you're flying into Bangor Airport, we can also connect you with a Float Plane pilot. These cabins have the comforts of home, in an unspoiled paradise.
