Very good communication with host Nicole. Bob on site was very helpful when we needed something. The kitchen is very well stocked. Would definitely recommend for location and distance to beach (about an 8 minute walk to Lowdermilk). The beds are comfortable as well. Quiet area, nearly never hear neighbors. Good spot for a long term stay.
