Garland park with 4000 acres is near by with great hiking trails. Carmel Valley Village is less than a 10 minute drive with its many wine tasting rooms and delicious restaurants. Bernardus Lodge is 5 minute drive. Carmel Beach and downtown Carmel is approximately a 15 minute drive west. This truly is a very inspiring home not your ordinary pad.

I consider myself a Californian having lived here most of my life, but I was not born here. I am blessed with an incredible very unique property that I hope you enjoy. I am brand new to VRBO as of 07/25/2025. I have never been a host. I love Pickleball, hiking nature, travel and singing. I was a pretty good mountain biker but stopped a few years back. I know where to ride, hike and play. I have been selling real estate since 1987. I work for Sotheby's International Realty. When you are in my house, my dog, Peanut and I may take a road trip.
