This property was perfect for our stay in Siesta Key - close to the beach and many restaurants. There was plenty of room for the 2 adult Couples and the 4 teens - 20 something’s!

only steps away from the beach was great but what added to the vacation experience was getting up in the morning and taking a swim in the pool five steps way from our backdoor. The "rest up" time from the ocean, tourist shops and attractions was spent relaxing at "our" pool. Wonderful. Communication was excellent. Melissa was on top of everything we asked - and we asked a lot of questions! Our stay was a very good experience and my family wholeheartedly agrees. the 5 star rating is merited. Melissa, thank you for being such a gracious hostess. we will recommend to our traveling friends and family. and thank you for providing for our furry family member.

We had a wonderful stay at Aylee's Beach House! The property truly exceeded our expectations in just about every way. The house was even larger than we anticipated, and there was more than enough room for our family of six and our dog to spread out, relax, and enjoy our time together.The house is spacious, bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets, and the couches were equally inviting. We appreciated the large dining table, generous kitchen space, and beautiful natural lighting throughout the home. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and plenty of room to gather, the layout worked wonderfully for our family.The outdoor areas were another highlight. The private pool was lovely, and we really enjoyed spending time on the porch. Our dog wasn't quite as enthusiastic about the lack of real grass, but she still enjoyed being outside with us! It was nice having a property where the whole family, including our dog, could feel comfortable.One of our favorite things about the house was the location. The beach is just a very short, easy walk away, which made going back and forth incredibly convenient, especially with children. The nearby beach access led to a quieter, less crowded area, which we absolutely loved. The garage also had a great selection of beach supplies available to use, making beach days that much easier. Having convenient access to the trolley was another bonus.

We’re sorry to hear this stay did not meet your expectation of being directly “on” the beach. As discussed, we did not have a home directly on the beach to relocate your stay. As clearly stated multiple times in the listing and shown in the aerial photos, the home is located approximately 7 houses from the beach and does not include a golf cart in the rental rate. The home is professionally cleaned, documented with date- and time-stamped photos after each turnover, and personally inspected prior to guest arrivals. This is reflected in consistent 5-star cleanliness ratings from guests before and after this stay across multiple booking platforms.
