Enjoy this beautiful home surrounded by nature & serenity in a premier gated community. Tucked away on a wooded hilltop, our 3,400 sq ft sunlit home is nestled right up against the natural beauty outside, bringing it in and creating an ideal place for families, friends and travelers to relax and unwind.

The home is walking distance to 3 lakes, basketball/tennis courts, 20 mins drive to Delaware Water Gap hiking trails, Camelback Water Park /Ski Resort, The Crossings Outlets (100+ Stores), and all the main attractions the Poconos have to offer, and only 90 mins from Manhattan.

The 1st floor features an 87” pool table, wet bar, sauna room, hot tub room, 2 private bedrooms - one with its own full bathroom, even a washer and a dryer. The sectional sofa/sleeper can accommodate 2 guests for the night when needed.

The 2nd floor showcases an open living and dining area with a large stone-faced wood-burning fireplace and a large comfortable counter-height dining set. The living room absorbs surrounding views of nature through tall windows, under a cathedral ceiling and skylights. Comfortable reclining sofa set in the center; a front deck and a secluded back deck with table and 6 seats and a propane grill (we provide the fuel); a large screened-in porch with panoramic view of nature, songs of wild birds, and the rustling and whispering of the leaves, with comfortable conversation patio set, ceiling fan and dimmable lighting; the kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove and toaster, coffee maker and all the essential cooking and serving utensils you will need for a great meal. A spacious master bedroom is on this floor with en-suite bathroom with a two-person jacuzzi. There's also a sofa/sleeper in the room for added relaxation.

The 3rd floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious loft area with an air hockey table, a full bathroom with skylight. There are mattresses, ottoman beds, and sofa sleepers for your preferred sleep arrangements.

The house is equipped with high-speed wifi. Two 55” flat screen HD smart TVs are available for watching various channels, including Netflix, Prime Videos, YouTube, Apple TV, Hulu and many more, or connecting to your devices. A movie projector is available for your late night movie watching pleasure in the living room. Feel free to use the beige color 4-person canoe parked at the nearby lake.

In summer time, we provide 12 Summer Season Passes for our guests during their stay for free access to all our community amenities, including outdoor pools, lakes, beach, boat launches at the lakes, tennis and basketball courts and more.

The house was better stocked than most places we’ve stayed in, and we stay at short term rental properties often. They even had a Christmas tree set up and water for us to enjoy during our stay. Great retreat with extended family

My brothers, some of our children and my wife and teenage son got together with my parents to celebrate their birthdays, and we all had a great time (10 adults and 2 teenagers). Plenty of sleeping space, the basketball courts and pool were great, the boating was fun, and the house had more than ample room for us all to eat and gather together. Check in was super easy (except for a wait at the front gate), and the hosts communicated regularly to make sure all was good. They even put up a Happy Birthday sign and left a bottle of wine! Very glad we chose Ting and Ning's place for our gathering.

Wonderful, war, cozy and fun!

There were three generations staying in this house. We had an amazing time, the hot tub and sauna were a luxury that was used often by all. There was also more than enough room for everyone to have some privacy if needed. Ting and Ning are wonderful hosts, they thought of everything, including fresh milk, iced tea, bottled water and fresh fruit when we arrived! The house was spotless and well stocked with pretty much everything you need, including fresh, new, wrapped toothbrushes and toothpaste, just in case. We happened to be there when there was a snow storm and temperatures dropped to 0 degrees. No worries, there was more than enough wood for the fireplace and the house was very warm and cozy, you would never know the temp outside was so low. We packed a lot into a long weekend, including shopping, water parks and for those who wanted to, snow tubing. The area is really packed with things to keep you busy if you want to stay active. I imagine the warm weather offers a lot to do as well. I love getting the family together for what usually has to be 3-4 day trips because of everyone's schedule, and I know everyone would love to return here if the occasion arises. Thanks to Ting and Ning for helping us make it happen, and for responding so quickly to all of our questions and making it easy to plan this trip!

Great house with terrific hosts!

The house was wonderful! Warm and cozy even though it went down to zero and snowed one night. We were three generations and there was more than enough space for us. Ting and Ning were great hosts, very attentive and their attention to detail was incredible. There was milk, bottled water and iced tea in the fridge when we got there, as well as a bowl of fresh fruit. The fireplace had plenty of wood for us to use, which came in very handy, and the enclosed hot tub and sauna was a true luxury, leaving us all feeling quite pampered. Everything from a projector to screen movies on a big wall to a karaoke machine kept everyone entertained when we were not out and about. The house is close to all the main attractions as well as close to some great shopping. We would love to return, perhaps in the summer next time to take advantage of all the area has to offer. It was a wonderful weekend!

This was a great house for a get-together of some friends from all over. Ting & Ning, the homeowners, were incredibly thoughtful and responsive from making sure to get extra parking permits for all (8) of our cars to getting passes for us to use the community amenities. The house has a very pleasant and open layout and was pre-stocked with all kinds of bathroom and shower supplies so that we wouldn’t have needed to bring anything. A pleasure to stay. We had a great weekend.
