This home offers plenty of room for your family and friends. Enjoy the two spacious living room areas with large smart Televisions.

Let's relax - take a swim in the heated 88 degree swimming pool, no worries, the heat is included! Go down to the waterfront dock and lounge in the sun chairs. This wide canal is also always perfect for fishing - fishing poles are provided.

Let's play - this home will keep the adults & children entertained. A Shuffleboard & foosball table and a Pac Mac Arcade Game will make entertaining everyone easy.

Beautiful dining area and a breakfast nook with seating for 10. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, including a master suite overlooking the pool with a separate bathroom. There is a work space in there - in case you need it. The master bathroom shower is amazing with 2 shower heads and a modern look.
Great split floor plan with 3 bedrooms located on the opposite side of the home. 2 bedrooms feature 2 comfortable queen beds and the other bedroom offers 2 sets of twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have smart televisions.

The home has a gas grill and of course propane is included!

Want to explore this great neighborhood? Hop on one of the provided bicycles and you are ready to go.
Traveling with kids? We have you covered! We have a stroller, pack-n-play and high chair. It's all included!! There is also child friendly plastic dishes, cups & silverware. We also have a safety pool fence, which will be up upon your arrival.

Heading to one of the beautiful nearby beaches? Bring the beach umbrella, chairs and cooler with you. There are also beach toys!

What about the location? This home is conveniently located with stores and restaurants within a mile!

There will be an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, antibacterial cleaning spray, paper towel and laundry detergent - guests will be responsible for additional supplies as needed.

The house qas absolutely beautiful and had everything we could ask for fishing pool things for the kids space extra amenities just in case you forgot something! Shopping was very close anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes to closest stores! House was very very clean and the owner was very pleasant and accommodating

The home was clean , the pool was clean and well maintained. The set up of the home is very family friendly. The washer/dryer were fantastic! We were a family of 10 that cooked most meals. We struggled at time to have enough cooking / serving utensils / dishes. The fishing was not what we expected. It was very different from our last experience in Cape Coral. This is a fresh water canal. There were also limited working fishing poles. Overall , our family had a great time and really enjoyed the extra games and space to gather!

Perfect Stay

Our family stayed here for a PG Baseball Tournament. The home was as stated; clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Our group enjoyed the pool and the gorgeous sunsets along with the game room. For our needs, the house location was perfect; near both ballparks and the airport. The host was helpful whenever needed and quick to respond. We would stay here again!
