Best location 1-bedroom apartment walk every where San Diego

Located in the heart of the Gaslamp San Diego , On 5 th Ave close to the convention center, Petco park trolley on C st. Gaslamp is restaurants and Bars within a few feet. Sea world ,Zoo a few miles away some are walking distance. The apartment is located right in Downtown .We don't offer Parking. We recommend a block away on market 614 corner 6th ave. usually $20 dls a day. Free street parking from 10pm to 10. Must climb stairs. Not recommended for minors , or people who can't climb stairs. We have self checking. codes are available thru the app

Unit DOES NOT include parking we can recommend the best option for parking if you do have a car please reach out before you check in to plan accordingly. Ace Parking reservations are recommended. Park-it on Market structure.


**** NO SMOKING in the unit or the building. We have a staircase in the back and right outside the building smoking is allowed. A cleaning fee of up to $500 will be accessed for smoking in the unit****

***WARNING Light sleepers you are in the middle of the Gaslamp (downtown San Diego) street noise is non stop. Fortunately this apartment is at the back of the building and is quiet.

A good space in the Gaslamp. Was great to have a kitchen with a good coffee maker and microwave. Would definitely be a good spot for an extended stay, with several restaurants and bars, and a Ralph's grocery along with a CVS and a Walgreen's within easy walking distance. Wi-fi was excellent. There is no cable TV, but if you have a computer and subscribe to streaming services, you're good to go with casting to the TV. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very easy and clean. Location was in the middle of the action downtown, but apartment was above the noise level and surprisingly quiet. Very happy with everything.
