Cayucos Beach Shack

Enjoy a peaceful getaway at our beachfront home in Cayucos, a laid-back coastal town along California’s scenic Highway 1. Located directly on the sand, our family home offers stunning ocean views and direct beach access. Walk along the shoreline to reach downtown Cayucos (or a 5 min drive) where you’ll find local cafés and shopping. Our location is 20 min from San Luis Obispo and offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience for travelers looking to explore California’s Central Coast.

The space
Our house is three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Bedroom one: King Bed
Bedroom two: Two bunk beds
Bedroom three: Two twin beds

Both bathrooms have an indoor shower, toilet and sink. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water outside and fully fenced in.

The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer (no icemaker), electric stovetop and over, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea pot, blender, fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, etc.

The living and dining room has a table that seats 6 (pluse two extra chairs in primary bedroom closet for seating for 8. There is a couch and a leather chair in the living room and flat screen TV above the fire place. There are many of games as well.

We provide four beach chairs to take down to the beach and we have ample seating on our deck. We have a propane BBQ for use as well.

The house has high speed internet.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire house but not the garage. Additionally, there is an ocean front deck with four chairs and extra bench seating. There are stairs from backyard directly to access the beach. However, these stairs are very steep at the bottom and are not recommended. There is public beach access just four doors down which we do recommend.
