Sensational house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with designer furniture and exclusive equipment (smart TV with satellite antenna, alarm, free Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning in the living room), terraces with outdoor furniture and barbecue, attic with terrace- solarium and fireplace, kitchen equipped with all the latest technology appliances (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker). Dining room with large windows and wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The views of the sea and the wonderful island of Cabrera from all places of the house are spectacular, very well furnished and with all kinds of amenities.
In front of the house there is a bathing area as a natural pool of crystalline waters and with direct descent to the sea.
Due to its close location of the beach you can walk to the wonderful beaches of Sa Rapita and Es Trenc, (10 km from the magnificent beaches of crystal clear waters). It is a pleasure to relax and have a wonderful walk along the seashore.

It was heaven

We loved this property. The house is so comfortable. The view is incredible. You can walk across the street and get into the ocean. Also there are many restaurants in walking distance, a bakery for breakfast, and a little grocery store. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The bathrooms had lots of Towels, paper products and soaps. I must say a few words about our host Joana. She was the best host ever. We arrived late. She had already made reservations for us at a local restaurant. She also left us a bottle of wine. She walked us through the property and explained how everything worked. We all adored her. Can’t wait to go back!

Joana ist eine tolle, aufmerksamen hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Haus war hervorragend ausgestattet. Es waren viele Handtücher da, was in anderen Fincas oft nicht der Fall war. Die Badestelle vor dem Haus war einfach herrlich und der lange Strand lud zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen ein. Ein Supermarkt mit allem was man braucht war in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.Wir kommen gerne wieder

Zwei schöne und erholsame Wochen auf Mallorca

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit schönem Meerblick. Die perfekte Ausstattung zeigt, dass die Eigentümerin das Haus auch selber bewohnt. Viele gute Restaurants und ein traumhafter Strand sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die unterkunft war Super was sehr nervig war das direkt eine Autostrasse am Haus ist.

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett! Wohnung Top Straße sehr laut dadurch Terrasse nicht nutzbar

Entspricht nicht den Angaben im Angebot

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Leider war aber nicht alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. 1. das Haus ist kein Haus sondern ein Reihenhaus mit 4 Parteien 2. es wird in dem Angebot nicht erwähnt, dass ein Schlafzimmer aus einem Etagenbett besteht, also nicht für 6 Erwachsene gedacht ist. 3. den Grill konnte man nicht benutzen 4. auch der Naturpool ist nichts für ältere Menschen . Sehr steinig und rutschig Auch wenn ich das Haus nicht wieder buchen würde , war der Urlaub dennoch sehr erholsam

Unser Flug hatte sich verspätet und Joana, die Vermieterin musste nachts mehrere Stunden in der Villa auf uns warten. Trotzdem war sie super freundlich und hatte uns sogar noch etwas zum Essen besorgt. Das kann eigentlich niemand verlangen und so hatten wir einen perfekten Urlaubsbeginn.

Alles Bestens!

Wir waren mit 4 Personen für 11 Tage in diesem tollen Haus. Das Haus sieht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Man hat von der unterenTerrasse, dem großen Schlafzimmer und der Dachterrasse einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus wird nur durch eine Straße vom Meer getrennt. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin Joana sehr freundlich mit einem Frühstück empfangen. Die Übergabe verlief total unkompliziert und problemlos. Joana ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic view

We had a really fantastic time in this nice house with an amazing view. The house was modern, clean and had enough space for all of us (2 adults + 4 teenagers). We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen in the backyard and the perfect espresso mashine with milk steamer :-) Beaches and restaurants in walking distance. Joana was very friendly and helpful. Deducting 1 rating star only for the traffic on the road in front of the terrace.

Wir (4- köpfige Familie mit erwachsenen Töchtern) hatten eine wunderschöne und sonnige Osterwoche in Joanas Haus und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Den tollen Blick aufs Meer von den verschiedenen Terrassen sowie die moderne, stilvolle und individuelle Einrichtung des Hauses haben wir sehr genossen! Alles perfekt für uns! Wir kommen gerne im Frühjahr, wenn es auf der Insel noch nicht so voll ist, wieder.

Great apartment with a little issue

Great apartment with high quality, tasty/stylish and great interior. The host is a very kind and friendly person who did everything to make us feel at home from arrival to departure - thanks so much. The location is nice and although after season (end of October-beginning November) there have been a small shop, a great bakery and some (rather expensive) restaurants in walking distance still open. The only slightly less pleasant thing is the road between the sea and the apartment. The road literally is 3m form the living room/master bedroom/top livingroom/terrace and there is quit some noise from the cars and especially the numerous motorbikes passing by. Even with closed windows this is really disturbing as there is also traffic at night and we needed 2 nights to "get used" to it - certainly also because at home we have the privilege of no traffic noise affecting us . I guess this is somehow reflected in the rental price so overall it was a good experience and deal and I can certainly recommend it for people who are less sensitive to road traffic noise.

This is how the village Sa Rapita is, in front of the sea there is this road to go to the closest villages and the beach. And certainly , if you live in a countryside house you are not used to hearing any noise. By the way, this year I'm changing the windows for another thicker windows (they were very thin) in order to improve it for this kind of guests. Beautiful house in a stunning location on a beautiful island.

Joana's house is about as perfect as it gets. Immaculately decorated and equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Beautiful views of the harbour with amazing beaches and restaurants just a short walk away. The photographs just don't do it enough justice. Would love to come back again soon.

Ein wunderschönes Haus am Meer

Ein wirklich tolles Haus mit direkter Nähe zum Meer. Der bekannte "Es Trenc Strand" ist nur ca. 5min. Fußweg entfernt. Wer keinen Strand braucht, kann direkt über eine Querstraße zum schönen, felsigen Küstenabschnitt und schnorcheln oder schwimmen. "Sa Rapita" hat keine Promenade wie in Touristenhochburgen. Hier gibt es ein paar Cafés, gute Restaurants und einen kleinen SPAR Supermarkt. Alles sehr gemütlich und überschaubar. Die Einheimischen und ganz besonders auch die Hausbesitzer sind sehr sehr nett und sind bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestallten. Von uns gibt es 4 Sterne für das Gesamtpaket. Der Grund für den kleinen Abzug ist die Straße die leider morgens etwas lauter sein kann, dazu eine Laterne die etwas ins Zimmer scheint. Den einen stört es, den anderen nicht. Wie so oft im Leben kann man nicht alles haben! Wenn ein Haus in dritter oder vierter Reihe steht, fehlt auch der Meerblick dafür ist es ruhiger. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Sarah u. Falko

Toller Urlaub in einem Haus mit viel Flair

Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, haben eine sehr entspannte Woche in einem wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten und liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus verbracht. Auch unsere Jungs, 14 Jahre, fanden ihren Bereich unter dem Dach mit eigener Dachterrasse sehr cool. Liebe Joana, vielen Dank für Alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely place to stay

We had a very relaxing stay in this beautiful apartment. We were met by the host Joana and her husband who gave a thorough guide to the flat, the town/beaches and Majorca generally. We particularly enjoyed the option of cycling to Es Trenc on the bikes provided as well as exploring the rest of the East Coast beaches by car. The town is quiet and it is lovely to be able to open the large windows in the apartment to let the sea breeze in. The seaside views from the apartment are stunning. Toller Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne Villa. Es ist alles da was man vor Ort braucht. Ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer, ob man in der Badewanne sitzt, im Bett liegt oder auf dem WC ist, der Blick auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Auch die untere Terrasse und obere Dachterrasse haben einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Wir waren 5 Frauen und waren rundum zufrieden. Unsere Mieterin Joana war vor Ort und überraschte uns mit Käse, Tappas und Wein. Vielen Dank nochmal Joana. Für den Topfuntersetzer der uns kaputt gegangen ist, entschuldigen wir uns nochmals.
