Located in the desirable Snowflake area of Breckenridge, this home offers rare ski-in/ski-out convenience. In winter, ride straight from the slopes to your back door. Main Street's restaurants, shops, and après-ski options are less than a mile away. In warmer months, enjoy easy trail access and walkable paths to downtown.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended. The Snowflake lift is directly accessible from the unit. For trips into town, walking paths and local shuttle stops are nearby, but public transit access is limited.

Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.

Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
