The pool heater fee is $100 per stay for up to one week. For stays longer than one week, the fee is $100 per week

Pool Rules
Use at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times.
Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (quiet hours apply).
Registered guests only. No visitors or additional guests without prior approval.
No parties or events in the pool or pool area.
No glass containers in or around the pool.
Please be respectful with noise, especially in the evening.
No diving, running, or rough play.
Do not use the pool during storms or lightning.
Pets are not allowed in the pool.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the pool or equipment.

Guests may use the pool heater upon request. An additional fee of $100 per week will apply. Unauthorized use of the heater is not permitted.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean! The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. The gaming area kept our kids very entertained. The patio and pool area are AMAZING! We spent many hours out there, it’s very private and the pool and spa heat were great as well. The host was very responsive to our messages and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We definitely hope to return in the future!!!

Pool was terrific. I have zero complaints. Two suggestions A small trash can in each bedroom.A measuring cup in the kitchen.This is an annual trip & if we come next year, we'd love to stay here again.Thank you so much for your hospitality.
