This was a great choice. We didn't realize how big the house was, but it was very useful. The garage parking made it even better for May in Phoenix. I would definitely recommend!

My stay was great overall. The property was in a convenient location with quick access to the University of Phoenix, which made getting back and forth very easy. The neighborhood felt safe, and I really enjoyed the pool and the overall atmosphere.One feature I especially appreciated was the attached garage. Being able to park inside kept my car much cooler during the Arizona heat, which was a huge bonus. I was so worried about accidentally taking the garage remote home with me that I ended up not using it, but having access to the garage was still a great amenity.Communication with Brandon was excellent. He provided clear instructions before and during my stay, making the entire process smooth and stress free. I also want to apologize to Brandon because I forgot to start the dishwasher before I left. I also couldn’t find a mop to clean the floors before I checked out, so I apologize for that as well.The only minor inconvenience was running out of a few basic supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. I purchased additional supplies and tried to replace what we used, but it was a little inconvenient while balancing school responsibilities and visiting family.Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable alternative to a hotel.
