Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please check out by 10am. Please leave the sheets on the bed. Dirty towels can be placed on the floor in the bathroom or laundry room.
Please collect and take all garbage to the MPOA community dumpsters located at 4005 Peak Dr. Please do not leave trash outside or at the curb.
Do not forget to log out of any streaming devices. Please cover hot tub and set the temperature to 100 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A signed rental agreement is required prior to your stay.

This is such a quaint spot in the heart of Massanutten. The host was great to work with and was very responsive. The property backs up to quiet woods and we enjoyed the many amenities. I am looking forward to our next stay!
