Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen ideal for long-term stays, a spacious open-plan living and dining area, and adjustable bedroom configurations with separate beds—perfect for corporate travelers or small groups. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, these apartments provide an excellent base with easy access to both commercial hubs and tourist attractions.

Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In: From 16:00. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee.
• Check-Out: By 10:30 am. Late check-outs depend on availability and may incur a charge.
• Luggage Storage: Available free of charge for up to 12 hours before check-in or after check-out. Additional storage beyond this timeframe costs €10 per day.
• ID Requirement: Valid photo ID (Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License) is required upon check-in.
House Rules
• Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the property tidy and report any issues immediately. Excess cleaning or damage may result in charges.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Violation incurs a €200 penalty.
• No Parties: Gatherings or parties are not allowed. Breach of this rule will lead to a €200 penalty and possible eviction without refund.
• Pets: Only permitted with prior written approval. If granted, a refundable deposit of €500 and a cleaning fee of €200 apply.
• Lost Keys: A replacement fee of €200 applies for lost or stolen keys.
Maintenance & Complaints
• Urgent Repairs: Should be reported immediately. Response time depends on severity.
• Complaints: Must be submitted in writing for proper documentation and resolution. Compensation (if any) is at the provider’s discretion.
Energy Conservation
Utilities are included, but guests are encouraged to conserve energy as part of a sustainable stay.
Reservation Changes or Cancellations
The accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in the event of fraud, error, or other justified circumstances.
