The location and condo were nice. The chairs and umbrella available on the beach was good too.

The layout of the condo was nice. There were no comforters on the twin beds so the kids got cold and we gave them the comforters from the other 2 beds. There were no lights at the pool until we emailed the property, but they had them on for our last night's stay and they were prompt to respond. Good stay for the price.

Great location!

You can’t beat this location! The condo could use some updates but the easy access to the beach and smaller crowd makes up for the outdated decor and bathrooms. Plenty of room for us and our kids to have our own spaces. The condo was clean. Be aware- the master bathroom does not have a door.... a little strange but not a huge deal. Overall, we’d stay here again!

Great Location and Nice Place

When driving up to the location, it seemed to be a little on the smaller side, but after being there for just a little bit of time, we really enjoyed the smaller building. The place was very nice inside and had a great deal of space for the 6 of us. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice as well. The other plus side to the smaller building is that the beach didn't seem to be as crowded as some of the other larger buildings. The beach in front of each building it set for that building. We never felt crowded on the beach and the beach chairs and umbrellas were a plus too. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it was just enough off the main drag to be a quieter setting and more relaxing overall.

I would stay that the condo needs a really good cleaning I contacted brooks and shorey concerning bed bugs and was never called back I will not rent from them again

The beach access is perfect, there is plenty of parking, and it’s a great location on Okaloosa Island. The condo was very comfortable, there are a couple of things That could use some updating but overall we had no problems with our condo. I would have preferred there be a door on the master bedroom bathroom but it’s very easy to work around and there is a privacy. Thanks!

Weekend Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very nice. The only issue was the front door could be cleaned. This is the first impression on the condo and what to expect. The condo was clean on the inside and ready early. There is a big difference in the heat/air in the condo. Of course, it was warmer in the condo on the Gulf side. The outside temp was low 70's. Suggestion: replace the lounge chair to two more seats on the balcony.We would stay at this location again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time staying in this condo. We didn't have any problems. When we arrived we noticed one of the toilets leaking and I submitted a work order. Within a few minutes, the property gave me a call. I couldn't ask for a faster response. Overall, the condo was excellent. I would give give it a 5 out of 5 rating. The only thing I would suggest if I had to pick something to address would be to repair the popcorn ceiling in the hallway and to give the condo an overall deep cleaning. We will definitely be back next year!
