Originally from pittsburgh, but bought this house to be close to chatfield reservoir for boating
Why they chose this property
Quiet family neighborhood, very close to the best boating inn colorado, in my opinion
What makes this property unique
The number of guests at this house comfortably accommodates for there are 3 sets of Queen over Queen bunk beds. Lots of sofas, a great hideout, for a lot of outdoor activities
