We’re Sky (from Bellingham) and Julie (from Bend, Oregon). We love traveling, reading, and spending time in cozy coffee shops, and we brought that same vibe into this condo—designing it to feel luxurious yet comfortable and relaxing. Hosting lets us share a bit of Bellingham and create a place where guests can truly unwind.
Why they chose this property
We chose Bellingham’s Waterfront District because it captures everything we love about the city in one place. You can park once and walk to downtown restaurants, breweries, the farmers market, and the waterfront trail, all while being just a short drive from WWU and Mt. Baker. The area has a great energy—especially with local art events, festivals, and live music happening nearby throughout the year. It felt like the perfect spot to create a stay that’s both convenient for exploring and relaxing when you come “home.”
What makes this property unique
Our condo offers a rare blend of hotel-level comfort and true “live like a local” convenience. It’s a spacious ~1,500 sq. ft. corner unit in a new building, professionally decorated to feel like a modern luxury suite—think high-quality linens, blackout blinds, smart home touches, and a fully equipped kitchen that’s actually set up for real cooking. Guests get secure underground parking, elevator access, 1 GB Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 6), and smart TVs in every bedroom, all while being able to park once and walk to downtown restaurants, breweries, the farmers market, waterfront trails, and events in Bellingham’s Waterfront District.
