Inside, you’ll find large rooms with flexible living spaces, hardwood heart pine floors, exposed brick, and original beams that tell the story of centuries past. The fully updated kitchen features granite countertops, a double oven, and custom cabinetry—perfect for preparing meals to enjoy at the dining table for six or outside on the private furnished patio. The sunny den opens directly to the fenced brick garden, creating a cozy indoor-outdoor flow.



*Parking: No on-site parking. One dedicated space is provided in a nearby garage (10-minute walk). The garage charges a one-time $5 per vehicle service fee. Please contact us for parking details.
